By enrolling a child at Butler’s Early Literacy Academy or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment is based on available slots, not attendance

Tuition secures your child’s space regardless of absences

Parents must provide accurate and complete information

Licensing Disclaimer

The Academy operates under state childcare regulations. Parents are responsible for providing required documentation and following center policies.

Parent Responsibilities

Timely tuition payments

Compliance with health, immunization, and attendance policies

Respectful communication with staff

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Butler’s Early Literacy Academy

By providing your mobile phone number to Butler’s Early Literacy Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions:

1. Optional Participation

Participation in SMS/text messaging is completely optional and provided at the discretion of the parent or guardian. You are not required to opt in to receive text messages as a condition of enrollment or continued services.

2. Purpose of SMS Messages

If you choose to opt in, Butler’s Early Literacy Academy may send SMS messages for the following purposes:

Enrollment updates and confirmations

Schedule reminders (tours, events, closures, etc.)

Important school notifications

Tuition reminders or account-related notices

General school communication

Messages will be related strictly to childcare services and school operations.

3. Opt-In Consent

By opting in, you give express consent to receive text messages from Butler’s Early Literacy Academy at the phone number you provide. Consent may be given verbally, in writing, or electronically (via forms or website).

4. Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you choose to opt in again.

8. Service Availability

SMS delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability. Butler’s Early Literacy Academy is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

These SMS Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
